London band SLYJYNX have released their latest single, ‘Help Myself’.
Written about “self-destruction within relationships”, ‘Help Myself’ is an instrumental-heavy dance-pop track; layering sparkling grooves with breezy harmonies and sharp guitar licks. Infusing funk-rock with psychedelia, the track is a hazy escape into an indie disco paradise.
Originally formed in 2018, SLYJYNX played their first headline gig just before lockdown, with the pandemic unfortunately leading to the rest of their shows being cancelled. The new single is the band’s third release so far this year, after they debuted ‘Same Signs’ back in June.
