London-based band, Thelma Ball, have released their newest single, ‘Toys’.
Layering fuzzy vocals, big riffs, and rolling rhythms; ‘Toys’ takes on feelings of nostalgia, as melancholic lyrical hooks reflect on the desire to go back to childhood, and away from the stresses of adult life.
Packed with nods to Britpop and early 2000s rock, the latest single is the band’s second of 2020, and comes ahead of a string of new releases.
