American artist, Connor Hunt, aka SquidSacks, has released a luscious new single, ‘Drifting’.
Basking in soft guitar notes and woozy vocals, ‘Drifting’ is quietly psychedelic in style, hinting on breezy summer days complete with a charming, reverb-packed lo-fi production. Speaking about the track, Hunt said “My goal with this song was to make a slow paced psychedelic tune based around a melancholy feeling of existential dissatisfaction.”
The video accompaniment for ‘Drifting’ features a cosmic animation, with bright-eyed cartoon planets travelling through colourful galaxies.
