Brooklyn-based songwriter and musician, Drew Hart, has released a new single, ‘Rainy Summer’.
Recorded using a four-track tape machine, the track features subtle guitar notes layered with mellow vocals – drifting through a laid-back summery oasis of lo-fi pop, whilst integrating elements of folk and soft rock.
Originating from Atlanta, Hart toured with the group Lewis Del Mar for a few years, before turning to his own solo music. ‘Rainy Summer’ comes as the singer’s second release, after his first single, ‘Firewood’, was debuted last month.
