Cautious Clay, Still Woozy, Sophie Meiers, Remi Wolf, Claud, Melanie Faye and HXNS have released their new single, ‘Cheesin’’, in aid of the MusicCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. All net profits from the track will be donated to the fund, helping people within the music community affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Created in lockdown, ‘Cheesin” brings together some of the most vibrant personalities in the anti-pop scene, blending mellow vocal hooks with catchy lyricism and laidback instrumentation. Speaking about the track, Cautious Clay said “‘Cheesin’’ is a song that I made with some really talented artist friends almost entirely remotely. Now that most of us are having to self-isolate, we wanted to help encourage and facilitate creativity as well as peace of mind for other artists, musicians and touring professionals who have been affected by the pandemic, so we are donating 100% of the net profits from every stream and download of ‘Cheesin’’ to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund.”
