The latest release from Orlando-based indie rock artist, Jake Ellis, is filled with mellow instrumentation, raw vocals, and authentic lyricism; jumping between soft hooks and spirited bursts of guitar-fuelled energy.
The track centers around coming of age, with Ellis noting “It’s a song about leaving a small town and about friendships made as you grow up and leave home. It’s about learning who you are and who you aren’t and the journey along the way.”
