*TRACK OF THE WEEK*: ‘south’ – honeywhip : California-based, honeywhip, bring gentle harmonies and funk-filled guitars to laidback melodies, sparkling with jazzy synths. FFO: Vansire

‘Ghost’ – Laveda : The latest track from Albany band, Laveda, is filled with an experimental shoegaze sound, sparkling with distant vocals and cosmic guitars. FFO: M83

‘Whenever You Call’ – DOUBLECAMP : Catchy lyrics with smooth vocals and vibrant instrumentation mark the latest single from Nashville duo, DOUBLECAMP. FFO: DNCE

‘Julia’ – Pure Protein : ‘Julia’ from LA band, Pure Protein, builds into an energetic, yet breezy indie rock track filled with soft guitar riffs and mellowed vocals. FFO: Vansire

‘Ultraviolet’ – Cavalcade : London-based indie rock group Cavalcade’s latest single is packed with unrelenting guitars and raw, energetic vocals, storming into tireless choruses and anthemic lyricism. FFO: No Hot Ashes

‘Control’ – Colour Tongues : The new track from Vancouver four piece, Colour Tongues, is bright in feel, full of sun-filled instrumentation and glittering vocals. FFO: Circa Waves

‘Unravel Me’ – Keanu Reefs : Hinting upon funk, rock, and pop, American duo Keanu Reefs bring soulful vocals to smooth pop-rock tracks. FFO: Lucas Watt
